1. General Terms

By using this website or registering for Rushabhayan events, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).

LVJST reserves the right to update these T&C at any time.

2. Event Participation
   •    All participants must provide accurate information.
   •    Registrations are confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable).
   •    Event schedules, speakers, and sessions may change based on availability or organisational needs.
   •    LVJST may deny participation if guidelines are not followed.

3. Competitions (Short Films, Art, Workshops etc.)

By submitting your entry, you confirm that:
   •    The work is original and non-infringing.
   •    You have the rights to use all music, visuals and content included.
   •    Any AI or stock footage used is properly disclosed.
   •    You agree to allow organizers non-exclusive rights for screening, jury evaluation and promotional use.
   •    You retain full copyright ownership.

Entries that violate rules or include harmful, defamatory or inappropriate content may be disqualified.

4. Payments & Refunds
   •    All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   •    Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.
   •    LVJST does not store or access your card or bank information.

5. Use of Content

By attending or participating in Rushabhayan:
   •    You consent to photography, videography and recording at the event.
   •    You allow LVJST to use event media for promotions, reports and archives.
   •    You may request removal of personal images by contacting us (subject to feasibility).

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must:
   •    Maintain respectful behaviour
   •    Avoid disruptive, harmful or abusive actions
   •    Follow instructions given by organisers, volunteers and security

Violation may lead to removal from the event.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Rushabhayan website, branding, layout, graphics, and materials belong to LVJST.
Do not copy or reproduce without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LVJST is not responsible for:
   •    Technical failures
   •    Lost submissions
   •    Payment gateway issues
   •    Personal losses at the event venue
   •    Actions of third-party service providers

Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

9. Venue & Safety
   •    Attendees must follow safety guidelines at the event venue.
   •    Children must be accompanied by responsible adults.
   •    LVJST is not responsible for personal items or belongings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
